CorVu dbCGI is a CGI gateway between SQLdatabases and the the World Wide Web. The major features are:

• Highly flexible HTML formatting of the output of SQLqueries, which enables you to create both read only andHTML form pages.
• Database independance, with the database specificmodules each taking up around 250 lines of code.
• Ability to use HTTP query strings and form input inSQL.
• Security features allowing verification of input.
• Master/detail style output can easily be achieved.
• Support for BLOB data, such as images, sound and video.
• An easy to use syntax which is similar to the syntaxof HTML itself.

CorVu dbCGI comes with support for Sybase,Oracle, Informix, Ingres, Progress and ODBC. Additionally,because the database specific code takes around 250 linesof code, you can easily port CorVu dbCGI to any SQL databasewhich supports access to dynamic SQL from the "c" language.

The features of CorVu dbCGI will enable youto easily produce web pages which access, or even modifyyour SQL database.
